According to the Union Health Ministry, India has reported 18,327 fresh coronavirus cases. In the all India count in cases and vaccinations for Covid-19, the total tally for active cases is is 180304,  however the number of recovered patients has also increased to 1,08,54,128.

In the past 24 hours 108 more fatalities reported according to ministry data. Fatalities due to Covid- 19 virus have now gone up to 1,57,656.

In more positive news total number of vaccine doses for Covid-19 administered in India has crossed 1.90 crore with 10,34,672 vaccine injections given till Friday evening, the Union Health Ministry said.
