Quinoa-Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 1 red grapefruit, peeled
  • 2 cups strawberries (unfrozen)
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger
  • ½ tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Direction

  • Blend all ingredients together in a juice machine or blender.
  • If using a blender, the mint leaves should be muddled.
