What is malignant tumor?

Malignant tumors are cancerous tumors that are potentially fatal. Unlike benign tumors, malignant ones grow quickly, and can spread to other body parts and this process known as metastasis. Cancer treatment may include chemotherapy, radiation, and/or surgery.
