What is Yellow fever?

Yellow fever is a highly serious, potentially fatal, mosquito-borne disease caused by the flavivirus. In most cases, symptoms include fever, chills, loss of appetite, nausea, muscle pains. In severe cases it causes a high fever, bleeding into the skin and the death of cells in the liver and kidneys.
