Life Champion Rathi Bhargav fights Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rathi Bhargav, a life champion, at 50, has strong opinions that to deal with any kind of situation and problem one needs to have a positive outlook and environment that makes you happy from within. She tells Famhealth about her fight with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

She is so strong-willed and vibrant, that in spite of having rheumatoid arthritis, she lives her life with all the colours and liveliness as possible, and is very fond of art and paintings.

The unfortunate disease had struck her at the age of 6 and has been suffering since then. The consequences of rheumatoid arthritis were such that she had immense pain in her joints. She underwent her first surgery at the age of 10. She now walks with a stick and also her daily chores are done with it.

She is also fond of movies, travelling and fashion. “Sitting and crying in your pain will make it infinitely more difficult, so it’s always better to smile through it,” she says. Famhealth’s inspiration and Life Champion, Rathi, could fill a white canvas with a number of colours and create her own world in it.
